FLOW Consortium is an alliance of three multi-national companies, all of which have unrivalled credentials. The FLOW Consortium draws on the strengths and experience of three leading rail industry organizations comprising HITACHI RAIL STS, FERROVIE DELLO STATO ITALIANE (FS) and ALSTOM. The multi-national companies formed the FLOW Consortium to provide operation and maintenance (O&M) services for Lines 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Riyadh Metro Project.

The FLOW Consortium will work together with other partners and The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), to ensure the project's successful completion. I believe it will change the mobility in the city, improving the environment and quality of life for Riyadh residents as well as tourists, and ultimately contributing to the country's economic growth.
